We are shipping EPP Peregrine kits.

I love to fly this plane!!!

I have always wanted a plane that looks like a bird but flies like a stunt plane.  This plane was designed to fly at the Utah Sky Trials which is one of the premier falconer/falcon competitions in the world.  In February 2009 while flying for 400+ people the plane was caught and carried to the ground by one of the trained falcons.  The bird wasn't injured and there was only minimal damage to the plane.  It took less than 10 minutes to fix the plane and have it back up flying for the crowd.  The plane put on a great show with loops and rolls and was a real crowd pleaser.

Build instructions, videos of the Peregrine in flight and other related info can be found at :

The kit for the EPP Peregrine contains the foam parts and motor mount and carbon spar and heat shrink as shown. We are only shipping the upgraded kits now with a thicker and stronger wing.

The building steps shown in post #4 are already done in the deluxe kit. The cores will be glued and the ailerons will be cut. Posts #5, #6 and #8 will be done by the purchaser. The basic kit comes with the same parts but the builder also will do the steps in post #4.

The fuselage/body is cut from a solid piece of 1.9 lb EPP foam to give it the toughness missing in many bird planes.  The tail and wing feathers are also cut from the 1.9 lb foam.  The wing is cut from 4 pieces of 1.3 lb EPP. Although it is fairly straight forward the 8 pieces of foam for the wings have to be glued together before  the ailerons can be cut. There is one cut that is a challenge to do with a blade. It is cutting the aileron and the bevel on the aileron accurately. I used a box knife and did well on a prototype plane but I have handled and cut a lot of foam.

We are giving you the option to buy the plane with the wing already glued and the ailerons cut with a long hot wire cutter rather than a blade. I think that most will want this option because it will save building time and we can make the cut more accurately. The steps in post #4 will be already done in the deluxe kit.

The prices are:

EPP Peregrine kit $59.95 + S&H
The deluxe kit with the wing glued and aileron hinge line cut $69.95 + S&H
Club price break for 5 kits or more to a single shipping address at the same time saves you $10 per kit.

Shipping is $8.50 a kit in the continental USA and Canada and we will do our best to give you economical shipping to anywhere in the world. We have sized the box is to get it under the international size restrictions.  Cost to ship to UK or Singapore for example is only $12.50.

You as a buyer are responsible for import taxes and tarrifs, if any, which vary by where you live.
